“We are excited to be able to provide our guests, both those staying with us or those who are looking for an afternoon escape, with a more holistic experience when they visit us. Our focus is to provide an all-round treatment experience that looks after body and mind – and we see the new treatment room being just one more way for us to do that. Whether they enjoy a treatment followed by a lazy afternoon in front of our roaring fire and a warm cup of our homemade tea blend in the winter months, or a plate of something fresh and nourishing in our secluded garden in the summertime, our Wellness Experience is about more than just treatment – it’s about creating the perfect escape, and we are so excited to be partnering with and supporting fellow Dorset business Lovegrove Essentials in doing that,” says Silvana Bandini.
Lovegrove Essentials is a skincare range of natural and organic products that has been carefully developed over the past 6 years by a Dorset-based mother and daughter. Hannah Lovegrove and Hayley De Beers have created a skincare range that adapts to the different skin issues that most people have at some stage in their lives. The range incorporates daily facial skincare products for clients, and professional Facial Therapy products for salon use. Hannah’s 40 years’ experience in holistic Beauty Therapy, Aromatherapy and lyengar Yoga has resulted in the development of new form of Facial Therapy treatment, which supports the whole person as well as tackling skin issues gently and effectively.
Hannah Lovegrove says, “Long before natural and organic products were fashionable, I was drawn to study their effects, and the way they work synergistically, gently and effectively to support and heal. I am keenly aware of the damage caused to the body by airborne synthetic molecules, particularly those we ingest through smell and topical application. Natural essential oils play a huge role in relieving the negative effects of our environment and our lifestyle. I have devised a treatment that combines the therapeutic effects of essential oils and fresh herbal infusions with many years’ Iyengar Yoga experience in relaxing the body. The effect is a luxurious and profoundly restful treatment.”
