If you’re a regular reader of our blog, you would have no doubt seen an earlier interview we did with Head Chef and co-proprietor of The Ollerod, Chris Staines. And for many who have followed Chris’ consummate career, you’d know that Bath holds a very special place in both his and Silvana’s hearts, having spent a number of years working and living there.

Never one to quite sit still, Chris is often seen teaming up with other leaders in the industry to learn, inspire and create. Just this summer, Chris was invited to take to the main stage at the NYEtimber Dorset Seafood Festival in Weymouth, as one of their main chef demonstration events.

And that’s why we are delighted that Chris has been invited to serve as guest Head Chef at the impressive Corkage restaurant in Walcot Street, Bath on Tuesday 12 November 2019, at 19:00.

As part of this one-night only feast, Chris will be preparing a special set dinner of 5 small plates, giving diners the opportunity to explore and experience new tastes and combinations that are truly befitting of Chris signature asian-twists of old favourites.

Costs for this one-night only event are £50 per person for the 5 courses, with an additional optional supplement of £25 for 5 carefully-selected wines that accompany the creations.
